Senior Accountant (Arcadia, CA)
A Senior Accountant is sought by an international trade company in Los Angeles County, CA to perform the following duties:
Generate monthly financial statements, including income statement, profit and loss, balance sheet, and statement of cash flows;
Review financial statements for accuracy and conformity with GAAP accounting and reporting rules; assist the executives in interpreting the financial statement;
Direct timely and compliant tax preparation and payment;
Audit account books and systems periodically for efficiency and compliance with accepted accounting procedures;
Implement and sustain an effective internal control environment around financial activity and reporting; maintain and examine business documents and government records for accuracy and compliance;
Audit account books and systems periodically for efficiency and compliance with accepted accounting procedures;
Assess financial operations to suggest ways to reduce costs, enhance revenues, and improve profitability;
Analyze financial data including all accounts to assist in business planning and budget preparation;
Analyze business operations, trends, costs, revenues, financial commitments and obligations, and forecast future revenues and expenses to advise the management;
Survey company operations to ascertain accounting needs and to recommend, develop, and maintain solutions to business and financial problems.
Required Skills and Qualities:
Master’s degree in Accountancy;
One year’s experience in accounting;
Be proficient in Microsoft Excel and QuickBooks;
Critical thinking ability.

Human Resources Manager
Responsibility: Takes charge of the company’s human resource functions. Negotiates cost and utilizes all kinds of hiring tools to acquire talented employee. Coordinate with different departments, draft job positing ads according to their needs. Administrate the Company’s compensation and benefits plans. In charge of the performance evaluation of employees. Ensure the good health, safety, and communication of the workforce. Develop the employee’s career path and build company’s training package. Other Human Resources Related Employee services and counseling.
Qualification: A minimum of a Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or organization Development. At least 7 years of progressive leadership experience in Human Resources experience, certification preferred. Knowledge and experience in California employment law, compensation, organizational planning, recruitment, organization development, employee relations, safety, employee engagement, and employee development. Excellent written and spoken communication skills. Outstanding interpersonal relationship building and employee coaching skills.
Export Sales- Recycling
General Description: This position is responsible for the purchase of scrap metal & maintaining customer relationships for future sales and growth of the branch.
Essential Functions: • Quote prices on scrap materials based on contracts to fill, market price, volume being offered, branch costs & competitor's prices. Quotes may be given over the phone, or formally written and presented. • Inspect and determine correct grading of materials. • Develop and maintain customer relationships. • Price purchases for payment. • Maintain open communication with other buyers to insure accurate quoting of pricing. • Maintain market knowledge. • Perform back-up responsibilities in absence of other team buyers. • Maintain and strengthen customer relationships. Qualifications: • Bachelor's degree, college coursework or equivalent knowledge or education about metals preferred • Some experience in sales or buying preferred • Proficient PC skills including Excel, Word, and Outlook. • Professional telephone etiquette & in-person customer service skills • Demonstrate buying /selling skills and product knowledge • 5 Years Experiences • Excellent communication (verbal and written) and organizational skills • Bilingual in Asian Language is highly preferred • Existing relationships with Asian customers in the industry is a big plus
Sales Representative: Paper Product
Job Description: Generating revenue by selling packaging products, food service disposable, printing and imaging papers, and San/Jan products.
Responsibilities: Create new accounts and maintain existing accounts to achieve sales. Develop and implement plans to help satisfy client needs. Identify and pursue potential new customer and profitable market. Expand sales by introducing new services and products to existing and potential clients. Develop partnership with oversea and local paper mills, negotiating prices. Desire to continually increase industry and job knowledge. Buy Paper Pulp from South America and other areas.
Requirements: 3 years’ experience in selling paper products. 4 year degree. Proven ability to achieve objectives Experience with Account Management. Ability to identify and generate leads through planning and persistence. Experience of exportation is a plus. Bilingual in Spanish, Mandarin, Portuguese or Arabic is a huge plus. Must be legal to work in United States.
Sales/ Buyer for the Food and Wine Department
Responsibilities: Generate revenue by buying produce and fruit from American and Mexican growers and selling the products in US markets and exporting. Buy Premium food products from US and global market according to orders, such as wine, nuts, dairy products, produce and dry food, honey, grain and oil, fresh meat, sea food. Meet the buying goals set by the company from time to time. Establish and maintain relationships with growers, vendors and distributors. Research, identify and pursue new profitable food markets and vendors. Coordinate with home office to export products abroad.
Qualification: 5 years’ experience of doing business in food industry Experience and expertise in Fresh and Frozen Produce and fruit industry. Good relationships with growers, vendors and distributors. Knowledge of and eagerness to learn about the other food industry Bachelor Degree preferred. Fluent English. Ability to speak another language highly preferred. Must be legal to work in United States.
Real Estate Project Manager
We are looking for a full-time Real Estate project manager to join our real estate development department. Our office is located at Los Angeles Metro Area. You can find our information on www.wellcreditcorp.com.
Responsibilities: Manage all aspects of real estate project management (scope, schedule, budget, procurement, quality control & risk management) for projects as assigned including planning, design, construction, move management and closeout. Prepare, distribute, track, organize and maintain all project correspondence, documentation and project files. Manage the review and development of construction drawings and related specification documents from planning/schematic phase through completion of project. Manage the vendor selection process by soliciting, evaluating and selecting architects, engineers, general contractors and other various vendors. Manage subcontractor relations, bidding, subcontract negotiations, billing, insurance, lien releases, warranties, etc. Coordinates Key environmental and governmental improvements, including soil testing, ADA inspections, Municipality variance, zoning, signage etc. Prepare permit applications, expedite permit processing, and interact with various city department inspectors and city officials as required. Assist with special projects as requested.
Qualification: Bachelor’s degree minimum. Construction management, civil engineering or related major preferred. Have minimum 5 years project manager working experience. Real Estates sales agent license preferred, general contract will be a plus. Familiar with various of state and local regulation regarding real estates development. Know how to deal with the city halls and other regulatory authorities. Detail oriented and strong analytical, organizational and coordination skills.
